WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.  Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Personalized orders are non-refundable once your order is placed.  Unopened, sealed items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less the original shipping cost and a 30% restocking fee. If an item is returned to us slightly damaged from transit and cannot be resold, no refund will be issued.


Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

1. Make sure that your order qualifies

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

2. Return your order and packing slip

Any order returned to the wrong address (i.e. the address not provided on the return form) will incur a rerouting fee subtracted from the refund.

3. Await credit

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs and 30% restocking fee as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact orders@pop-paper.com.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

We do not offer exchanges at this time, but we will always try to be as accommodating as we can.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEM(S)
If you receive a damaged item, please send an email to orders@pop-paper.com within 10 business days of receipt of the item. Please attach a photo of the damaged/incorrect product as well as an order or confirmation number, and specify if you would like a refund, merchandise credit, or a replacement. Damaged or incorrect orders not reported to us within the 10 business day period will no longer qualify for refund/credit/or replacement.
